Achieve is an online program that can help you with your grammar and writing skills at your own pace. Achieve is free for 国产黑料 students and is available during the fall and spring semesters.

Working in Achieve
- When you enter Achieve, you鈥檒l be entering the Writing Support Center or ESL Lab 鈥渃ourse.鈥 You may complete any of the content in this course, in any order you like. There are no grades, so there鈥檚 no pressure!
- On your Achieve home page, we recommend changing the 鈥淰IEWING BY鈥 drop-down menu from 鈥淎ssignments鈥 to 鈥淐ourse Content.鈥 The 鈥淐ourse Content鈥 view will give you a better view of all the units and materials that are available to you.
- For each unit, we recommend doing the following: Read the introduction and study pages, then complete the LearningCurve adaptive quiz activity.
Getting FYE or Course Credit for Achieve
One hour of FYE or course credit is awarded for the successful completion of each LearningCurve (adaptive quiz) activity. To complete a LearningCurve activity, you must reach the target score of 600 points. You can confirm you have completed a LearningCurve activity by checking your Achieve gradebook. You will receive one full point for each LearningCurve activity you complete. Achieve hours (points) are added to hours from your attendance at the Writing Support Center, and a report of your total attendance hours is provided to professors every four weeks.
Students whose English instructors are using Achieve in their courses will not be able to use Achieve at The Writing Support Center.
